We just take orders by means of e-commerce. We are based in the province of Ontario.
What is the Best Time to Order?
The best time to order is before 3pm EST for fastest shipping. Also, placing your order on a Monday allows 5 full business days for your parcel to complete its transit.
Do You Ship On The Weekends?
No. Post offices are open to receive packages, but packages don't move in the system during the weekend. We ship Mon-Fri to avoid product sitting in the post office over the weekend as some our products are perishable.
Canadians who meet the age of 19 are qualified to purchase medical edibles through the site.
How Should I Store My Product?
Please note all gummy products must be kept in refrigeration or product will perish.
What Shipping Options Are Available?
Orders are sent via Canada Post Xpresspost and a tracking number will be sent to your e-mail after your order ships. You will receive your shipment within 3-5 business days. Please allow an extra couple of business days if you live in a remote area.
Shipping Cost are $20.00 for orders under $49CAD. For orders over $49CAD (after discounts and before taxes), shipping is free.

Canada Post does not accept or ship during a holiday and this will result in a slight delay with your shipment
How Long Does It Take For Shipments To Arrive?
Orders will take 3-5 business days from the date shipped to arrive, in some cases it may take longer due to weather conditions and other conditions. If you live in a remote area, your order may take an extra few days. Canada Post manages the shipping of your package, we will not refund your shipping amount if Canada Post is late on delivery.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Payment are accepted via Bank Interac E-transfer.
If we receive your payment by 3pm EST, your order ships that business day, or else it ships the next business day.

What happens when I don't send payment?
Your order will be cancelled within 24 hours due to non-payment.

How To Cancel An Order?
If you would like to add or edit your order, you’ll need to enter a new order and we will cancel your original order. Please contact live chat or email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number you would like canceled.
If a customer has placed an order and completed interact e transfer but wants to add/change their order, simply contact us as soon as possible to avoid extra shipping costs.
